Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

In order to make the Micro Practice sustainable and to discourage NO SHOWS,  a patient who does not attend his/her appointment WILL BE CHARGED A FEE that will have to be paid BEFORE booking a new appointment (go to payment options below). Late Cancellations will be also invoiced. We expect a 24 hours minimum advance notice to cancel Regular Visits, Pap Visits, Medication Renewal Visits and 48 hours to cancel Complete Physicals Exams, Mental Health Visits, Surgical Procedures and Special Cases appointments.  First Visits Late Cancellations and No Shows are subject to a fee of $80.

Missed Appointments fees:

1. Regular Visit, Pap Visit, Meds Renewal $50

2. First Visit (Meet and Greet) Visit $80

3. Complete Physical Exam $100

4. Mental Health Visit $100

5. Procedures and Small Surgeries $100

6. Special Appointment $100

Payment options: 

1. e-transfer to info@mymicropractice.ca

2. Mail a cheque payable to Lina Suazo Hidalgo M.D.

3. Bring exact cash or Credit Card to the clinic during Front Desk hours
